We are seeking an individual to collaborate with the superintendent on advancing our team and the golf course to ever higher standards.  This individual should be willing to learn our system of management but also be willing to share their personal experiences of success and failure in golf course operations.  Constant improvement is the objective not only for the golf course but for personal growth as well.

 

  • Management and leadership of full-time and seasonal staff
  • Applications of plant protectants and nutritional supplements
  • Project management and corresponding delegation of tasks
  • Daily golf course management and setup

 

About Olympic Hills Golf Club
Olympic Hills is a privately-owned, private golf club located in Eden Prairie, MN. With approximately 16,000 golf rounds annually, ownership is focused on producing an experience that our members and guests can enjoy. Pure bentgrass playing surfaces, HDPE irrigation piping with Toro Lynx control systems. TurfRad scanners combined with Toro Spatial Adjust for water management and enhanced playing conditions. Primarily Toro equipment with other specialty pieces. Full-time, year round staff of 7 with 20-23 seasonal employees. Great team environment throughout the club.
