GOLF COURSE SUPERINTENDENT
A well established, high volume public golf facility located in the prime area of Orlando, Florida is seeking a motivated and experienced Golf Course Superintendent to lead all aspects of their golf course maintenance and agronomic operations.
- Oversee daily golf course maintenance and operations
- Manage irrigation systems, water usages and repairs
- Develop and implement agronomy and turf management programs
- Supervise, train and schedule maintenance staff
- Manage budgets, control costs and track expenses
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
- Maintain high course conditions for daily play and events
- 3-5+ Years of experience as Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
- GCSAA Certification
- Florida restricted use pesticide license
- Valid Driver License
- Strong experience with irrigation systems and water management
- Experience in budgeting and cost control
- Turfgrass management and pest control knowledge
- Leadership and team management skills
