Educational Requirements: Minimum 2-year Turf or Related Degree. Will consider students currently enrolled in a turf program
Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years Golf Course Maintenance with some irrigation repair, chemical and fertilizer application experience. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
Special Requirements: Must be able to obtain Maryland Pesticide and Fertilizer Applicator Licenses within 6 months
Annual Operating Budget: $900,000 including payroll.
Salary Range: $65,000

There are no forced carries, so it is manageable for beginners and high handicap golfers alike, though low handicap players will find the course’s length, strategic bunker placement, and devilishly well-protected greens offer plenty of challenge. We are seeking a responsible, self-motivated, detail oriented individual. This would be an ideal position for a recent graduate looking for their first Assistant Superintendent position.
