Club Overview:
HCC Country Club, formerly known as Hillendale Country Club, is a private 18-hole facility nestled in the rolling hills of northern Baltimore County. The course is currently undergoing a major renovation, including the re-grassing of tees and fairways to Iron Cutter Bermudagrass. Sprigging was completed the first week of June, and the course is expected to reopen in early September.

Rough: A cool-season blend with the goal of creating consistent, playable turf throughout

Position Summary:
The Assistant Superintendent will work in a highly collaborative and supportive environment. We encourage and enjoy “figuring it out” as a team.
Work / life balance is very important, and the goal is a five-day work week. Of course, there are exceptions, but the five-day work week is the goal.
Qualifications:

A 2- or 4-year degree is preferred, but not required

Verifiable experience and a strong, can-do attitude are equally valued

A desire to be part of a motivated and innovative team
Salary: $65,000
