Summary Statement
This position ensures the maintenance of buildings and grounds at Delaware Seashore State Park. It involves work on multiple facilities, including bathhouses, air stations for surf-fishing, and preventive maintenance for various structures.
Essential Functions
- Renovates equipment, builds partitions, and furniture to extend usage or meet specific needs.
- Performs maintenance in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and assists in large-scale projects.
- Inspects, maintains, and repairs HVAC operations and water systems.
Job Requirements:
- Six months experience in operating and maintaining tools in trades such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, or HVAC.
- Experience interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License.
